VULCAN ANTI-SCALE SYSTEMS TEXAS

THE BEST WAY TO TREAT HARD WATER

RELIABLE AND MAINTENANCE FREE GERMAN QUALITY

THE EASIEST WAY TO TREAT HARD WATER

Traditional hard water and limescale management equates to a vicious cycle of procedures using salts and chemicals that are expensive and hazardous. The Vulcan Descaler eliminates the need of salts for softening and reduces the use of chemicals. Vulcan technology does not waste water. Water consumption is reduced 20-30% compared to outdated softening methods. Vulcan optimizes heating efficiency, prolongs equipment lifetime, reduces labor, and improves safety and hygiene in your facility. High-class quality products designed to last a lifetime.

STOPPING WATER WASTE

AND UNNECESSARY SODIUM DISCHARGE

Salt-based water softeners (so-called ion-exchangers) require huge amounts of water of up to 30-80 gallons per back-wash cycle for a small residential unit to operate. They exchange the minerals (calcium and magnesium ions) with twice as much sodium (salt) ions. In this way, softeners considerably increase the salt content of the water, which causes a threat to the environment by polluting water ways and streams with high concentrations of sodium. For the above mentioned reasons, the US government has started to ban salt-based softeners.

PROTECT OUR WATER RESOURCES

WITH THE ECO-FRIENDLY VULCAN

Every action we take towards being more efficient, not only impacts our bottom line but also our planet's ecosystems.

It is essential to assess our dependence on natural resources by making decisions that positively affect the environment.

Let's join forces to make change happen.

WORKS ON ALL PIPE MATERIALS AND SIZES UP TO 40" DIAMETER

Wobbling Frequency Impulse

Used in medical devices

Frequency impulse with wobbling distribution (between 3-32 kHz), turns mineral particles into nano crystals, causing these particles to lose their adhesion ability. The technology works on capacitive impulses using the physical principle of Electrophoresis and does not need filters or magnets. Also used on medical devices.

FIRST VULCAN EFFECT

Minerals are simply flushed away

As water flows past the Vulcan impulse bands, the adhesive structure of minerals is altered into smoother rod-shaped static neutral nanocrystals. Mineral particles can no longer bond to each other or attach to any surface. Vulcan keeps mineral crystals solubilized in suspension as they are flushed away down the drain.

SECOND VULCAN EFFECT

Helps dissolving existing limescale

The Vulcan treatment raises the carbonic acid content of water to soften the existing limescale. As water flows, the friction gradually dismantles existing limescale eliminating the breeding ground for  bacteria, and other unwanted contaminants including embedded metals like manganese, lead and iron.

THIRD VULCAN EFFECT

The life of equipment is extended

Metals embedded into mineral limescale increase oxidation in metal pipes and equipment. After eliminating limescale Vulcan creates a protective metal-carbonate layer. This thin layer protects all metal surfaces by acting as a shield against future rust and corrosion.

Vacuum Encapsulated

Solid State Circuitry

The vacuum tight acrylic cast ensures the circuit board is protected from the elements. Parts cannot get wet, trap dirt or moisture, move of become loose. It also works as a heat shield, providing unmatched circuit board protection when installed outdoor in temperatures up to 122 °F or down to -13 °F. This guarantees unmatched high life expectancy.

Flat Copper Impulse Bands With

97% Frequency Transfer Efficiency

CWT GmbH developed a copper impulse band material with a high degree of alloy purity and flexibility to achieve minimal isolation and space loss between coils, providing 97.5% frequency transfer efficiency. The wide and flat copper impulse bands provide a longer contact area for the best water treatment.

Hard Water Limescale Treatment System for Large Buildings and Stadiums

A CLEAN APROACH TO WATER SOFTENING

Hospitals, hotels, and residential buildings use large volumes of water. Traditional salt-based water softeners produce sodium-rich water which is not recommended for elderly guests and patients. Vulcan protects the piping system and appliances without the need for salt or chemicals.

The Vulcan Descaler Prevents Limescale Fouling on Heat Exchangers

NATURAL ANTI-FOULING ACTION

Mineral fouling affects heat exchanger surfaces, when this happens the heat transmission coefficient decreases tremendously. Vulcan's descaling and antiscaling action reduces fouling in the primary and secondary circuits reducing the need for manual cleaning.

The Vulcan Descaler System Prevents Fouling on Cooling Towers

REDUCED WATER CONSUMPTION AND CHEMICALS

As water evaporates, minerals stay behind fouling the system. Operational costs are increased due to lack of cooling efficiency, high maintenance and repairs. Vulcan provides a significant reduction of mineral and bacterial fouling. The cooling tower can be operated at longer cycles of concentration, reducing water consumption and the use of chemicals.
