PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Frigi-Tech™ is designed for use in refrigeration, air conditioning, chillers, heat pumps and any hermetic or non-hermetically sealed lubrication system. It will give new life to bearings, seals, and all compressor parts, increase cooling capacity, quiet compressor noise and save electricity. It is compatible with new and old refrigerants as we custom blend to meet manufacturer’s specifications.

For years TMS has treated many types of refrigeration systems with Frigi-Tech with only good results and positive feedback. Centrifugal chillers, ammonia systems and sealed systems.

Frigi-Tech™ will not void your Manufacturers Warranty

Very effective in Ammonia systems as it extends the service life of oils

Food Grade Quality Available (Code of Federal Regulations 21CFR178.3570)

Plenty of Product Performance Case Studies

Frigi-Tech™ will drammatically increase the service life of your compressor by mitigating internal friction. For the same reason it will lower the load your electric motor has to handle, therefore reducing its normal operating amps immediatelly.

Frigi-Tech™ restores the heat exchange and any losses of efficiency by remedying the oil fouling that commonly forms into every system's refrigerant line inner walls. For restoring heat exchanging properties only one treatment is necessary for the life of the system. The better the heat is transfered the less time your compressor motor has to work for the system to achieve your desired temperature. Therefore reducing KW comsumption.

(Per 1998 ASHRAE Handbook, Refrigeration, Chap.2.9)

“Oil fouling of heat transfer surfaces of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, will cause a loss of about 7% efficiency the first year, 5% the second year and 2% per year the following years.”

Why doesn't your HVAC man offer it?

Anything that will prolong the service life of your equipment and prevent costly repairs will have a direct impact on the repairman's side. We know for certain why one manufacturer refused to precharge it in their systems from the factory, "We plan for obsolescence" Warranty, Guarantee, and Insurance. Repairs and parts are a big business component for the HVAC manufacturing industry.

What happens with your system's Warranty?

Frigi-Tech is well within the parameters of the manufacturer's specification in spectro chemical testing. It is illegal for a manufacturer to void the factory warranty when the lubricant "meets or exceeds" the manufacturer's specifications. Frigi-Tech not only meets every manufacturer's oil specification, but exceeds enormously in the lubricity area of the test. If you were to draw a sample of oil that has been treated with Frigi-Tech, and subject it to a spectro-chemical analysis, it will not detect the presence of Frigi-Tech in the oil sample beacause the medium is alike. The difference is in the additives.

Special Blends for Each Refrigerant Type Including Ammonia:

Frigi-Tech has a variety of blends available to be matched with the system that is being treated.

Frigi-Tech's Liability Insurance:

Frigi-Tech has a $2 Million International Liability Insurance Policy that has never had a claim made on the Policy for the last 27+ years.

Frigi-Tech's Limitations:

Consistent, long-term, cost effective benefits associated with FRIGI-TECH treatments are possible when the operation and maintenance of the refrigeration or air conditioning systems follow established industry practices. Systems that are operated and maintained properly will receive the greatest benefit.

The water content of refrigeration oil is an important variable (with or without Frigi-Tech) in refrigeration systems because water can hydrolyze with refrigerant and form strong corrosive acids. If the water content of refrigeration oil is greater than 200 ppm there are serious system problems (an internal water leak, for example) that Frigi-Tech cannot fix. It is the industry standard to operate with no more than 120 ppm water in the oil.

Systems that operate with more than 120 ppm water should not be treated with FRIGI-TECH because the lubricants will not perform as well, nor last as long under these conditions. Properly operating refrigeration and air conditioning systems treated with Frigi-Tech will receive the greatest benefit and the highest return on investment. An oil analysis should be performed prior to treatment to insure that water concentrations are acceptable and that maximum benefits can be obtained.
